The Varna Free University celebrates it's 20th birthday with a Scientific Forum on March 18th 2011. The title of the Forum is "Information Technologies – a Catalyst of Change in Education & Research".
There will be a keynote about "Free Software Education with the Free Technology Academy" delivered by Wouter Tebbens.
